Prodular UI Pro License

Draft, version 0.1, October 2026. To be reviewed by a lawyer before the first sale.

This license applies to the Pro parts of Prodular UI: every registry item marked "tier": "pro", the blocks, the theme generator source and the Prodular UI Figma library (together, the "Pro Assets"). It is granted by Prodular ("we") to the person or company that bought a license ("you").

1. What you may do

• Use the Pro Assets to design and build an unlimited number of End Products, for yourself or for your clients, commercial or not. An End Product is a website, web or mobile application, internal tool or SaaS product whose value is more than the Pro Assets themselves.
• Change the Pro Assets in any way inside your End Products.
• Ship the Pro Assets as part of a compiled or deployed End Product.
• Keep using any version you received, forever, even after support ends.

2. What you may not do

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense or share the Pro Assets, changed or not, as source code, a design file, a template, a starter kit, a theme or a component library, paid or free.
• Use the Pro Assets to build a product that competes with Prodular UI, such as another UI kit, a design system for sale, a website or app builder, or a template marketplace.
• Publish the Pro source in a public repository. Private repositories are fine.
• Share your license key outside the people your plan covers.
• Use the Pro Assets to train or fine-tune a machine learning model, or to build a dataset, whose purpose is to reproduce or generate UI kits or design systems. Using a coding agent to build your own End Product with the Pro Assets is allowed.

3. Plans and seats

A seat is one person who has access to the Pro source code or the Figma library.

Your clients may keep and maintain End Products you built for them without buying a license, as long as they do not use the Pro Assets to start new products. Anyone who builds new products with the Pro Assets needs their own seat.

4. Updates

Your license includes all updates to Prodular UI 1.x at no extra cost. A future major version may be offered separately, and the version you have keeps working under this license.

5. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. A refund ends the license.

6. Ending the license

If you break this license and do not fix it within 30 days of us telling you, the license ends. End Products you already shipped may stay in use, but you must stop using the Pro Assets for new work.

7. No warranty

The Pro Assets are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damages arising from their use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

8. Third-party code

Parts of the Pro Assets are derived from open source software under its own license, see THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md. Nothing in this license limits your rights under those licenses.

Everything not marked Pro is MIT licensed. Use it anywhere, including in commercial products, and keep the copyright notice in your copy of the source.
