Prodular UI

Privacy policy

Last updated October 23, 2026.

This policy explains what Prodular ("we") collects when you use ui.prodular.co, the Prodular UI CLI and the Prodular UI MCP server, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to jacob@prodular.co.

Who is responsible

Prodular is a brand of JLP Vision sp. z o.o., Kawka 33B, 21-025 Niemce, Poland (KRS 0001106546, NIP 7133132023, REGON 528679483). JLP Vision is the controller for the personal data described here. Payment data is the exception: Polar handles it as the merchant of record (see "When you buy").

What we collect

When you browse the site

When you buy

Checkout, payment, tax and invoices are handled by Polar as the merchant of record. Polar collects your payment details and billing information under its own privacy policy. From Polar we receive your name, email address, billing country, the plan you bought and your license key, so we can deliver the product and the Figma file and help you when you write to us.

When you use the CLI or the MCP server

When you install a Pro item, the CLI sends your license key to our registry, which checks it with Polar. We keep the result in memory for up to 10 minutes so repeated installs stay fast, and we do not store the key. Free items need no key. The CLI and the MCP server send no analytics.

When you write to us

We keep your email address and our conversation so we can answer you.

Why we use it

Under the GDPR, we rely on:

Who we share it with

Each processes data under its own terms. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and for a copy you can take elsewhere. Write to jacob@prodular.co and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country. In Poland, that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
