Terms of use

These terms cover ui.prodular.co and its documentation, the Prodular UI CLI and MCP server, and buying Prodular UI Pro from Prodular ("we"), a brand of JLP Vision sp. z o.o., Kawka 33B, 21-025 Niemce, Poland (KRS 0001106546, NIP 7133132023, REGON 528679483). By using them, you agree to these terms. Questions go to jacob@prodular.co.

The free core

Every part of Prodular UI not marked Pro is open source under the MIT license. You may use it anywhere, including in commercial products. See the license page.

Prodular UI Pro

The Pro components, the blocks and the full Figma library are licensed, not sold, under the Prodular UI Pro License. It says what each plan allows, for how many people, and what you may ship. One payment covers every 1.x update. A future major version may be sold separately, and the version you have keeps working.

Buying

Purchases go through Polar, which acts as the merchant of record: Polar sells you the license, charges any VAT or sales tax and issues the invoice. Polar's terms apply to the payment itself. Prices on /pricing are in US dollars and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. Launch prices apply to the first 100 licenses of each plan.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, without giving a reason. Write to jacob@prodular.co or ask through Polar. When we refund a purchase, its license key stops working and you must stop using the Pro parts.

Using the site and the registry

Please do not try to get around the license check, share your license key outside the people your plan covers, or load the registry or the MCP server with automated traffic beyond normal use. We may suspend a license key that is used against these terms.

Changes to the product

We keep improving Prodular UI and may change or remove parts of it or of the site. Any version you have already received keeps working under its license.

Warranty and liability

Prodular UI is provided "as is". We work to keep it correct and accessible, but we do not promise it is free of errors or fit for every purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Prodular UI is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Disputes go to the court competent for our registered office, unless the law lets you as a consumer bring them in your own country.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update them here and change the date at the top. Purchases made before a change stay under the terms in force at the time.
